Small paws touched her leg, the warmth of another living being soothing away the discomfort and fugue of being without direction or knowledge of one's location. Slender fingers rose instantly to stroke the small kitten's head, regardless of the crystal embedded there. A sense of peace settled across her as she listened to what would be considered a purr eminate from the cat's throat. At that moment, that breif second in time, Life was glimpsed in its truest form. Tyrsis cradled the kitten, feeling more alive than she had in months... nearly a year now since her people's fall. Since her own forced leave of them. The fur was soft.
