"Oh." That remrkably stupid feeling that often accompanies missing something so obviously obvious washed over her and she turned and walked out the door clearly labeled 'exit'. What was a door like that doing in a place like this anyway?... what were carpets doing in a place like this?

Nevermind, things had become stranger and stranger as the days had gone on.

Her footsteps carried her quietly, moving her at a silent pace towards the devestated outdoors. Already things were looking cleaner, more organized. At least in this place. She walked quietly into the shadows until simply fading from site, lost amongst ruins and pinpricks of flame, ash and blood. So much had died. So much lost. Her brothers sword clanked against her legs where she had strapped it, the small pouch of spell components barely weighing down her other hip. Naisa stopped, plucking a few semi-trampled leaves from the ashes and placing them in her pouch. She had a feeling it would become difficult to find such components for awhile.

No matter, she had more to look for than plants and stones.
