I seek the girl who's dreams who have been strewn into nightmares and lives them every day.

A tree branch rustled as something lept from tree to tree, shaking leaves from their homes and sending small clouds of them to the ground.

The warning growls of wolves were unheaded as padded feet struck ground soundless despite the bed of dried leaves on the ground.

It could have been an illusion, it could have been a mirage, but none the less, an old face peered toward the girl once known as friend. Familiar azure eyes.
