Where do I wake now from this dream, lost in some thought that I am too mortal to perceive? We walk in shadows and light, drifting between two points in a reality far beyond our comprehension. We Forgotten forget to perceive our own mortality, our own journey towards death.

Sparking red and orange, rivulets of gray crossing as clouds across a sunset sky. I see reflections, images of things to come...or perhaps things passed. Teardrops fall from Heaven, tinkling to earth in a silent crescendo of mourning. Rainwater descends ...another spray of red and orange across jeweled surface turned liquid. A thought of something deep and disturbing, simply beyond my ability to comprehend. Garnet wings spread wide, held against sunlight and casting an angel's shadow. Serpentene feel to the image, something hidden within the depths of beings. Unknown strength and a solution for words. How delicate must this plot be? Fragile.

Golden eyes opened as raindrops fell across her skin, pelting her with icy tenacity. She blinked, hand raising to her forehead and brushing away wet layer of hair. Tyrsis was shivering, her former companion now vanished, though things felt as though they had changed. Something undescribable in the air... and then it struck her... another Escalvone was abroad.
