Anya gently pried the dead raptor from Angela's heads. She held it's winged back in one hand, and rested the fingertips of her other in the birds breast. She closed her eyes, a faint glow of lavendar surrounding her hands, and a breeze seeming to blow only on her. Suddenly the Priestess collapsed onto the forest floor as the falcon shot into the night sky, as if reborn.
