She had long, silky blonde hair and strange amber eyes. She wore tight leggings and a tunic made of potato-sack-like material. She carried a ko'koa staff, covered in runes. It had belonged to her teacher, Ella, who had been killed--along with her lover. Lana had never known her parents, only Ella. She had been raised by Ella, in a giant, hollowed-out ko'koa tree. That had been in a time and a land where witches were thought to be demons, sent to kill little children. She sighed as she remembered her friend betraying Ella, Damien, Lana, and many other witches. Damien had been killed right in front of Lana's eyes, as had Ella. They had then knocked Lana unconscious and thrown her into a lake, expecting her to die, but she had lived, and escaped. Now she was here. She trusted no one. She would never trust anyone. She would only allow them to go by her without her killing them. She was excellent with daggers and her sword, and her magick excelled that of most, for she had been taught by Ella, the greatest, wisest, and most powerful of all witches. She glanced around, then headed towards the Inn...
