To my knowledge, now I am not positive, so don't take my word as the gospel, but what I understand from directors of the game and such, Link hooks up with Malon from the ranch.

ACTUALLY!! it does say link married zelda in the book of mudora =] yep dey had 3 kids two girls and a boy, dey den got old and died..zelda daughter took over the throne
