I got Barb's note and call to say Mom was on her way to Mercer County. I didn't hear from her but I'm sure she's busy trying to get caught up on all the news she missed while away. We had a great vacation and a nice visit. Walking to the beach, even the short distance from the house was hard for her. Shopping at the mall seemed to be very tiring too for her. Catching the Express flight was hard and unsettling for her.. They have no pre-boarding and you have to ride a bus to the plane and then climb up all those steps like we all di 15 years ago. It's probably not as bad in dayton but in wash. there were at least 6--8 express planes lined up sise by side and they all boarded with in 20 min, making it easy for someone who doesn't ask questions or for help to get on the wrong bus.
Today we had John's annual ip meeting. It took 2 1/2 hrs. The state and county rep, Arc day care reps, Residential rep and Jim and I. We feel we got a lot of things discussed. Follow thru will be another thing but they know we're not going away and we want John taken care of in the best way possible.
We picked peaches on the way home. There trees are just loaded. We're supposed to have storms tonight so tomorrow there will be alot on the ground.
Mary lee thanks for the film. That wasn't necessary. Hope the pictures of the family were okay. Hope you didn't get too soaked at the Beach Boy concert. We didn't go any where 4th of July. I watched the fireworks from Boston on TV. Everyone else went to bed before they came on.
Jim thinks we will have tomatoes by this weekend. We've been eating squash,beans, beets daily trying to empty the refrig before Jim returns with more.
