Hello Mike and others,

I am descended from Abel Nelson Green through William Nelson Green and two other Alfred Nelsons. Born and raised in Texas - currently in Gilmer, out in the east Texas Piney Woods.

I got to this site by searching for one of Abel's brothers who died in Georgia in 1864. I thought that must be war related, but I have not confirmed it yet.

Best wishes,
Buzzy
