wat is die dokter van you een ongeloofelijke eikel zeg, zeker omdat je het aandurfte hulp te zoeken.
zelf heb ik ook boulimia en ik zit hiervoor in theraphie, het is erg zwaar, maar langzaam aan begin ik meer grip op mijn eetgedrag te krijgen. ik raad je aan eens naar accare te gaan, daar zit ik ook en ze zijn erg begripvol. ze zullen je daar niet wegsturen.
en praat er verder over met een vriend of iemand anders die je vertrouwd, in het begin is dat misschien moeilijk, maar het lucht op. echt waar. en je voelt je minder alleen.
