Wat balen joh dat je zo'n rotdag hebt gehad! En als ik je bericht zo lees dan zou ik er geen seconde aan twijfelen trouwens dat je een eetstoornis hebt. Je vertoont alle symptomen zoals je schuldig voelen over het feit dat je iets eet, bezig zijn met je gewicht, etc. en compenseren als dat gewicht je niet bevalt. Als het lukt probeer dan toch te eten vandaag, want dat is beter voor je lijf en voor jezelf. Het is niet gezond om jezelf uit te hongeren, dat is ook geen goede manier om af te vallen mocht dat echt nodig zijn. Vergeet niet dat je door je eetstoornis een vertekend beeld hebt van wat een gezond gewicht is of hoe je lijf eruit zou moeten zien.

Ik hoop dat het beter gaat met jou vandaag!
