Subject: 2% Funding Program

We are currently involved in what we call a 2 percent program. This program is unique and can get you the money
you need for your project. This is NOT a regular commercial loan. This is a program designed for a borrower with a viable project. It is called 2 percent because this is what's required from the borrower to come up with for the loan they need. For example, if the project loan needed is 10mil, the borrower will have to come up with $200,000 plus initial cost approximately 5k- 25K depending on the loan amount requested. The firm we are working with uses Financial Guarranty Bond to leverage the transaction.
