Subject: He had never really been one to be overly reassuring - and she chose to be with him and love him knowing how he was. It wasn't his thing to coddle and baby her all the time - not that he wasn't loving and affectionate, but he was her boyfriend, not her mother. Following suit, he grabbed what he wanted and the beer that she had gotten with him, and padded back into the living room to join her on the couch. Sitting right next to her, he looked over at her for a long moment before reaching in to steal a forkful.

  • She cocked a brow as he sat right next to her and then nearly growled as he took a bite of her food. "I'm very grumpy all the sudden." She felt the need to warn him, her eyes going back to the tv as she drowned her sorrows in lo mein. Focusing a touch, she realized it was the wedding singer and hunkered down into the couch - somewhat happy that there was at least a decent movie on. A yawn escaped her lips before she took a long drink of the beer - she could outdrink most men these days. (NT) -- Bailey, 10:25:37 05/14/05 Sat
