A hand played down the outside of her thigh as his hips pressed heavily into hers - so she could feel his version of the desperation that she was vocalizing. Now that he could have her again, he could realize that all the other girls he had over the years had been just there to sate his natural needs - nothing was as intense physically and mentally as being with her.
