  • He shifted slightly away from her touch, almost involuntarily and nearly unnoticably - just for safety's sake - before leaning in to light up her smoke silently and then standing. Grabbing a couple bottles, he ducked back inside and exchanged the empties for another six-pack, returned to her, and handed her one and set the rest on the floor at her feet.
