El ultimo TWO dice que la onda no se ha tornado mejor organizada hoy...

LA ONDA TROPICAL LOCALIZADA A MEDIA DISTANCIA ENTRE AFRICA Y LAS
ANTILLAS MENORES SE ESTA MOVIENDO HACIA EL OESTE DE 20 A 25 MPH.
ESTE SISTEMA NO SE HA TORNADO MEJOR ORGANIZADO ESTA MANANA Y
DESARROLLO...SI ALGUNO...DEBE SER LENTO EN OCURRIR.

Para mi, no se ve muy bien...Demasiado Easterly Shear en estos momentos...
