The fact is they were not good enough to qualify and they didn't get the required score, therefore they are not going. Its black and white, why bother with petitions when you can see BG official statement.

I would must prefer to see a strong team like Switzerland there. They have been working for 5 years to get to the Olympics, not just 6 months.
