Perhaps people are missing the point.
Lilleshall could easily have stored the rhythmic floor, but there is a ‘club led’ programme for Rhythmic, agreed with the clubs involved, and ‘flying carpets’ are part of its implementation.
The high cost of the second Artistic floor was justified by the probability of the enhanced Artistic program at Lilleshall being successful, and if it is, is it likely to be dismantled?
