Levels:US Levels 3-10 & Groups
Delegations may bring ANY number of gymnasts

Entry Fees:
USAG Registration $25.00 per gymnast +
SPRING FLING Registration $90.00 per gymnast, $150.00 per group

*USAG registration is required by the USAG Federation for insurance purposes.
*Spring Fling registration for up to 2 gymnasts may be waived if a judge accompanies the team and participates in judging.

Registration:
All entries must be received by: February 1, 2009 (date will be extended for international teams who contact meet director)
*For international payment, please contact meet director

D1/D2 Forms:
All D1/D2 forms for Level 7-10 must be turned in Thursday, April 2 or Friday, April 3 upon arrival. Forms can also be mailed, faxed, or emailed in advance.

Awards:
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS: Athletes will be awarded within each level by age division. Awards will be given to the top 12 in each event & all-around.
TEAM TROPHIES: Team scores for each level will be calculated using the 3 highest scores from each event. Team awards will be given to the top 3 teams in each level.

ALL GYMNASTS & COACHES WILL RECEIVE A FREE MEET T-SHIRT

Tentative Schedule:
Wed & Thur. April 1 & 2 Arrival of Delegations
Fri. April 3 Level 3,4,5,6 Competition
Sat & Sun. April 4 & 5 Level 7,8,9,10 & Group Competition
Mon. April 6 Departure of Delegations

Final schedule of competition will be emailed to all participating teams approximately 2 weeks prior to competition.

Gala: A gala will take place on Saturday, April 4 upon completion of the competition. Please submit Gala Performance Form with competition registration by February 1, 2009.

Travel: Travel to and from the US is to be paid for by each delegation.
Airport: Port Columbus Airport (CMH)

Accommodations: Accommodations at the host hotel are to be paid for by each delegation. (See attached hotel information sheet). Under certain circumstances, placement of the athletes with Integrity Rhythmics families may be arranged. Transportation from the hotel to competition venue will be arranged for all international delegations.
