Nik, your positie attitude is admirable but it is unrealistic. This group will not continue because it is not viable. It certainly is NOT acceptable that the gymnasts only train together at the weekend and in the middle of nowhere. A group should be like 5 (ideally 6) sisters that train together all day ever day, and that is the only way a group will ever be successful. Of course it is important that these girls are enjoying their group experience, but that isn't the most important thing I am afraid. RG is a sport, and we need results, and doing everything halfheartedly as usual won't get us anywhere. But all this boils down to money. No money = no progress.
