The funding is likely to be cut for all sports after 2012 - but more for sports that do not win medals and it is not negative thinking to suggest that GB girls are unlikely to win any medals at RG in 2012 - it is realistic.

I do not know whether if artistic gymnasts do really well if there is any chance of funding filtering down to RG - but doubt it
