Hi Nik - I am sure other readers won't be interested in our off message chat - but they are welcome to join in....... My husband is still training but from April he will be working at organising events too - so if anyone wants to do a 100 mile bike race through the beautiful Lake district (among a multitude of running, swimming cycling events in the Northwest)check out details on the website http://www.epicevents.org/. If there are any friends, family parents etc interested in triathlon, duathlon etc just email me, I have hyperlinked my name, and I will get you details.... Will we see you at the International??
