My thoughts on British Champs - before we all forget them!
Interesting that in almost all age groups whoever won overall also won individual titles except Lynne on ribbon -think this shows that in each age group there is one gymnast ahead of others
Seniors - very disappointing only 4 - hope magalie has recovered from illness and frankie j from injury - not taking anything away from Frankie F with other 2 out she was always likely to win
Juniors - great there are currently so many good juniors but Kezi really deserved to win - she was even better on sunday thought the standard of juniors was higher than last year. Lynes ribbon was great to watch
u13 Rachel really deserved to win - been consistent for years. She was ahead of squad girls on Sunday so hope she is in squad next year if she wants to. Celeste was a surprise who nobody mentioned but with Marnie giving up - 3rd place was open- very odd she gave up just before British - heard she had just bought 3 new leos for british champs and booked hotel!? -
u12 dominated by Laura who again looked very good - think she has brought the standard up and with 2 Catherines this age group is strong - think the 3 will battle hard in juniors next year
u11 Nikara also very good had some amazing work for someone of her age -= not sure Catlin will make squad this year - tho she was ahead of Alicia. Leanne Farrell - was a great surprise - really improved but then several people said that Spelthorne gymnasts had improved lots
u10 Analisa looked good
u9 Thought Megan was amazing for her age -way ahead of others

Does anyone else have any comments? - what about Nik Maguire - I always look forward to his comments- they are always so amusing!
