Well done to all the British girls yesterday.
As ever 100% commitment rewarded with well earned medals.

Let's hope a few more supporters of RG can be bothered to turn up and support our brilliant and committed athletes.
The excuse about Easter doesn't wash with me. This was intended as high profile promotion by our new sponsors and all who work so hard to raise the profile of this most demanding and gracious sports.
I counted only 30 people who actually paid to come in. There were boxes of unsold programmes and entrance tickets.
It was a little embarrassing to find the audience out numbered by the athletes entourage and organisers.
The web TV guys struggled at times to find shots that didn't include rows and rows of empty seats.
LG,the principal sponsors, must have taken an extremely dim view of the proceedings.
It's a great venue and well done to Chris Adams for holding the entire afternoon together in such a professional and entertaining fashion.
Well done BG. Well done those who supported in small but none the less enthusiastic numbers..:-)
