under 10 - Nikara

Under 11 - Laura but hope Catherine Holness does well -- when you think how well she does do and she does not have the 'benefit' of squad training or training with the Welsh.

Under 12 - I think will be the closest of all the age groups - very difficult to predict but - Rachel 1ST Amy stewart 2nd and 3rd - between Marnie and Amy Marsh - medals could all be won by girls NOT in squad.


Under 13 - Kesi - Mercedes 2nd if she competes - is she still competing ?? and then Lynne - also expect Vicky Clow to pick up some medals

Junior - frankie f 1st with Rachel S 2nd but 3rd difficult to predict

senior - Frankie J 1st but with Heather not competing could be close for other medals. Becky Izzard in with a chance -
