Thanks for the messages of congratulations!

It was an amazing evening with all the best coaches in the UK being awarded, including Ricky Hutton's coach, Head coach of English squash and English Netball, and a Rugby Union Coach.

I was awarded for Community Coach of the Year, which is my 'day job'! for the difference I have been making from 'playground to podium'.

I work in school's, in curriculum time with classes and teachers, enabling teachers to deliver higher quality gymnastics in their PE time. I deliver courses to teachers and adults on gymnastics. I then, also, am responsible for the Talent Development of gymnastics in Somerset, creating pathways and guiding talented youngsters along these pathways! I have got 2 new clubs started in somerset in the last year, and organsied a Festival of Movement, combining clubs and schools, in celebrating gymnastics across the area...............

Then in my spare time, I spend upto 25 hours a week in Bath, As head coach of Bath RGC! Were i work across the range of kids we have there, and where we have been highly successfull at every level of competition and display work, this past year!

I would really like to thank everyone that has been supporting me, work, Joy Morton, gym club, parents and family!

This prestigious award shows that Rhythmic gymnastics is starting to make a mark in Main stream actvity, we are moving fowards and being recognised for the wonderfull and enjoyable sport which we are all a part of!
