Use of a cell phone on a bus or in public places such as in a restaurant should be permitted or not? Provide reasons.
Sometimes, did you get mad on a bus, because of another passenger’s behavior of talking on his cell phone in an irritating manner? Or, when you were in an exotic restaurant to get some relaxation and wanted to taste some nice foods, at that time, another customer was inherently boring you by talking regularly on his mobile? How did you feel about it? In fact, in my opinion, to use of cell phone on a bus, or in public places such as in a restaurant, must be completely prohibited on the basis of three grounds:
First, the use of a cellular on a bus or in a restaurant is against of individualism, because every person must feel secure and undisturbed by any action of an another individual on any ground. Furthermore, each human has own dignity, self-respect, and has own feelings and another one has not been allowed to destroy them. Similarly, each individual must respect another’s feelings, and the behavior such as talking on mobile on a bus or in a restaurant might annoy the other public.
Second, talking on a cell phone in public places would certainly disturb others. For example, several times, I was disgusted and frustrated on the buses, from other ones who were talking vigorously on their cells in monotonous voices, and I did not find any way to stop them. I was so much mad at that time, but could not do anything. Likewise, other co-passengers also might felt in the same way, as I felt those times.
In addition to the previous points, talking on mobile, leaks the secrecy of who talks. The person, who talks on a cell phone in public places, loses his confidentiality, and others can hear the secret matters of that one who talks, and it would harmful for him in the long run, because sometimes criminal minded people can hear those matters.
On the contrary, some argue that the use of a cell phone in public places is sometimes very necessary in the case of an emergency. In the same way, some believe that a use of a cell in public places is right of one who uses it. I am also in favor of talking on mobile in case of emergency, but I am against of the public who use mobile unnecessarily to bother others.
In conclusion, use of cell in public places is against of individualism, tends to bother other individuals, and may leak the secrecy of one who talks. However, in the emergency situation, use of it, is a necessity . People may use mobiles in public places in the case of emergency only, not for every time.
