Subject: Trenton Times - Rider falls to Fairfield

Two quotes on our offesnse and defense:

The real problem during last night's dour homecoming against Fairfield at Alumni Gym - Rider's first game on campus in exactly a month - was no one in the MAAC attempts more shots from behind the arc than Fairfield. No one makes more, either.

"Those 16 have to be a record for us," Fairfield head coach Tim O'Toole said. "Obviously, we are ecstatic to come in here and get a win. We had no answer for Thompson (18 points) and Muniz (22) inside, but we gutted it out, kept our poise and hit some really big shots."

Always good to grab a road win, but how in the world will the Stags stop some of the inside people they will play on some of the better teams in the league?
