Subject: Another Hamden recruit--Lamonte Ulmer

I saw this kid Lamonte Ulmer play against Prep at Alumni Hall last year. He looked like the real deal to me..looks like he might be playing himself out of Fairfield reach in his PG year at Prep School..but does anyone know if he is on our radar screen?? Perhaps Ogelsby and Troy Bradford could do a little work on him? They weren't Hamden High kids but who knows. This kid was a real athlete...big jumper.

He certainly looks like a hoop player, I have not heard or read anything about Ulmer and Stags being interested in each other. One of the stories said a lot of MAAC schools were interested in Ulmer.
