I being a SHU fan can say, that you guys don't have to worry that they are better than you. SHU was very lucky to get a win there. They could have easily lost that game. I was there yesterday. They were extremely lucky.

Good win for SHU - Albany has talent (certainly more than Siena has). Good thing Fairfield refuses to play SHU, it could be embarrassing for FU.

In all reality, no game could have been a worse loss than last nights loss to St Joes. Last nights loss showed how far this team is right now from where we want to be. I don't think we would have lost to SHU, but if we did, it would have been looked at as just a bad game by us. If we lost to SHU by one point, at least fans would have walked out the arena after watching an exciting game. The thoughts walking out of the St Joes were mind boggling, and it was not an exciting game in the least. The entertainment was watching St Joes execute, and Jon Han.

But it was only one game. All teams have bad games, the key now is how do we respond.

I do think we might lose to SHU right now. We don't have anybody that can match up against their 6'10", 240lb Junior Center, Kibwe Trim (missed last season due to injuries). He posted 12pts and 5rbs against Rhode Island. And he posted 29pts and 5rbs against Albany. Stags certainly could have used someone like Trim last night against the front court size of Saint Joseph's!
