Many of you have expressed having difficulty while logging assessments. K12 wanted us to mention to families that the problems are only with the display of the scores and from their end the scores are logged in correctly. This problem has to do with your account being "timed-out" but the time out notification is not being issued yet on your screen. They anticipate that this display issue will be resolved by the end of this week or the first of next week and you will begin to receive that notification so you will know before logging anything in, that you need to sign back into the OLS. They suggest that to get around this problem, for now, simply log out of the online school and then log back in. So far this has worked with many of you. I'll pass along more information on this as it becomes available.
