 By not telling her who he really was before they had sex. The fact that he was someone he KNEW she would not have had sex with vitiates her consent, IMO, inasmuch as that particular fraud goes right to the heart of the transaction.

Not to mention the fact that her failure to figure it out for herself makes her too stupid to be able to give valid consent to sex.

Sorry so harsh. Still pissed about that shit.
