The band is the Fully Celebrated Orchestra. Usually, they only have one drummer (Django - dark and handsome in the multicolored hat). For CATV, they had two (check out the long-haired guy in the stupid glasses). I'm glad I didn't find this clip back when we were still divorced. I would've cried all night.
