Do you think there could ever be another war in Europe?

Of course, many developments could bring war to Europe, but I don't think European countries would start a war against each other.

If you could give an objective answer, how do Germans view Ronald Reagan?

Not much different than George Bush today I think. He was elected when I was in school and I remember it was a similar sentiment against him as now against Bush. They had a similar idea of military strength, the belief to get everything under control by the use of weapons. I remember the SDI "star wars" program. The difference was that he had no real target and the political situation was frosty, but stable. Now he has a target and everything is unstable. Weapons of mass destruction are not longer under control of the Soviets only, but potentially in the hands of terrorists and rulers of "states of concern." It is also considered strange that a Holiwood actor could become a president. One of the many things we find funny about America.
