I'm not sure that I have to "define" the "up to 40%" estimate. It's self-explanatory. Like I said, I'll keep looking into it. Ideally, I'd find a report coming out of a sociology survey (hopefully in English so I can understand it). But I think the anecdotal evidence of a "beauty craze" in Korea is pretty strong. (but I'll keep looking; the burden of proof is on me; let's move on to other topics.)
