Thanks. But shouldn't it be "May not" instead of "Cannot"?
It's an implicit negated if-clause so I think "cannot" is okay, too.
Then again, this might imply that the reader knows the original to udnerstand it properly.
In the end, it doesn't matter so much, the whole point is that children must be treated properly to produce worthy members for the society of the future.
