In response to this message...obviously this is a business and you entered this pageant knowing this. Its not all about having a great time at the dance party or eating good food, but the point is to have a great experience, meet new people, and hopefully come home with the crown. To be honest, Yes I am a pageant girl and have competed in a few pageants, but if I was walking past you, you wouldnt even be able to tell. Its not always the same people who win these pageants, but its the girls who deserve it the most. No i did not win last years pageant, but I am happy with my placement. I do not wish to tell you where I placed..you will know who I am otherwise...but I will say this...the girls at this pageant were not vicious and nasty, maybe a few of them had a few additude issues, but you know what, those girls did not win...so you dont need to worry about them. All in all, yes this is a business, but once you enter one pageant, you get hooked. I gained self confidence and made so many new friends my first pageant. And let me tell you, this pageant was much better than the previous one I have entered. Enter for yourself, dont worry about other people and what others views are. You'll have a great time.
