The beginning of another day saw Nanaine slowly approaching the fence surrounding the courtyard, glancing around nervously. He was sneaking away again, something he'd been doing since he got here. It explained Nan's absences, how he'd be gone for an entire day at times or why he just wasn't as focused when talked to as if his thoughts were elsewhere. So here, yet again, Nanaine was hesitantley making his way through the garden in the faint light of morning, when he'd found he was least likely to be caught. He knew that if that happened, he'd probably have to face a punishment and getting out of the mansion would be even trickier, if not impossible.

to think I might not see those eyes
makes it so hard not to cry
and as we say our long goodbye
i nearly do
