Your 2 big bottlenecks are your video card (ack! Voodoo 2!) and your RAM. I'd bump your RAM up to 128 mb... you'll find everything goes faster, even your internet. You can run D2 on that vid card, but I'd invest in at least a Voodoo 3 when you gots the $$$ (they can be had second hand for <$100 now).
