Well stop playing single players games.

You can chose to play multiplayer games but instead of connecting to B net just chose the "direct cable connection"
That way you ll be abble to play "alone" a multiplayer game of any difficulty level.
Furthermore, the characters you cretae that way will be available in multiplayer games on b net.
