Subject: Wand of firecrackers question...

OK, I used an item I got for my newbie ticket called a wand, and it is not a wand of firecrackers with 99 charges. I know what these do an stuff, my question is, can I sell these? And if so, how much should I sell it for? Thanks for your help!
