我同意你的講法現在是05年,可能佢果套教學方法有點過時.問題可能是出於他身上.但係正如我所講,何老師已經是一塊老了的化石,要佢改變來千就你們,實有好大困難.而你們後生的一代,還是一塊未成形的黏土,可以改變的.不如你們試下配合他........看看效果!

可能你們會覺得,佢唔配教你地,因為我不得不承認,佢的教學模式可能未必配合現時的學生.所以,你們可大條道理說佢應被淘汏.不過我想,佢都唔會教得太耐,因為佢年紀都不小.所以都只會教多幾年.學校亦唔會開除佢.

所以,現時最有效的方法,就是你們先做好自己,唔好駁佢咀,唔好上堂玩,令佢覺得,你們是尊敬佢.然後,先和何sir慢慢討論,佢都教學方法....慢慢相討下,找出相應的教學措施.
