其實大家唔feel 到濟記有斷層的嗎？

聽 d 師兄聽，97 回歸時，走左好多中年既老師，所以濟記既老師年紀既差距特別大。

雖然將間學校交俾後生d 有魄力既人係好，但擔得大旗，年紀唔太大而又令人信服既好似......

而且莫講話校長啦，搵個副校長都難啦！威廉呢兩年已經貢獻不少啦，唔通學校會咁蠢繼續搵自己笨咩？一定會升"能幹精明"既人的！

有人話會出面請個人番黎做，但年尾就50 週年會展食晚飯啦，我到時都係舊生啦~ 我先唔想到時問個"新校長" ：「先生你貴姓ar?」

計我話新校長一定要有番咁上下江湖地位，如果唔係d 舊生、老師點會睬佢ar?

而且大家都係濟記仔，聖芳濟我地都有份。話哂果日步行籌款我都有份淋雨gar!!! 點解唔可以討論學校的前途？

細袁sir年紀太大嗎?
如果依在下所言, 細袁今年已五十有五
ba出年退休, 以細袁sir六十五歲黎講, 仍可擔任九年
回望BA都只擔任左十餘年左右
而且, 沒有硬性規定一定要六十五歲退休
另外, 濟記內部除左細袁SIR外仲有更適合既人選嗎?
莫講話選校長, 即使副校長現時都好似後繼無人, 更可能要從一班較年輕的老師中抽選
威廉黃退休, 細袁SIR上任後, 校董會選邊兩任老師擔任副校長似乎比選校長更困難
細袁SIR睇黎係校長既不二之選, 否則就要由外校請人(好似公仔佬咁)
曾經聽人講過, 一間學校若果選錯校長, 隨時衰足十幾廿年
依我個人黎睇, 呢句說話已經應驗係濟記,細袁SIR係濟記既希望
