I think WALKATHON must not been stopped.
Someone says the rain made people inconvenient. However, as we all had received the money already, we must take the walk later even this time was cancelled. I believe this would be even more inconvenient.
Also, it wasn't the school responsibility to remind you guys to bring an umbrella in an OUTDOOR ACTIVITY. You should have bought it if you were smart enough.
Even the marathon that held the same day hadn't suspended! Therefore, I think our WALKATHON should continue. Actually, this can even show others, we, XAVERIAN, wouldn't been stopped by a little rain! We show our spirit, we show our determination!
However, I also feel something were....well, hateful? Not really. Just something not very good in my point of view somehow.
Firstly, I think the scouts really had a hard time. We could consider to make a swap more frequently. Or allow them to have an umbrella with them although I think it would be a difficult decision. Is there any better alternatives?
Secondly, I think we should set more garbage bins especially after the MID WAY STATION. If you left a little later, you would find there were packets and cans everywhere along the road. The scene, I would say terrible. How could are students be like that? Actually, our school could also have asked students not to litter. But I afraid it won't help much as there are too much shameless people in the world.
Thirdly, I felt pity for the voluntary workers from PTA. They were voluntary but they need to walk whereas teachers could travel by private cars. Isn't it ridiculous?
Um....by the way, I also don't think all students from f.1-4,6 have joined.....
