這個論點的確聞所未聞....頗特別
不過，由於我的Final year project 是關於地震的，所以略知點點
這次地震的原因是其中一塊板塊(1800km x 200 km) 向上移了15m ，所以造成如此大的地震
另外，1833 年，在這次地震南方大約300 km 也發生過一次9 級地震
要引發海潚，必需是地震震央位於比海床深度附近，如果比海床深太多的話，九級半地震都未必會有海潚
