有冇d悶悶地想搵野學?又或者想健康d,由排骨仔變大隻佬?定或係想好打d,保護自己身周嘅人呢?

聖芳濟柔道班

目的: 讓同學有機會接觸,學習柔道,鍛鍊同學的身手,意志和體魄
上課時間: 逢星期六,下午2:30-5:30(如學員反應熱烈,可於星期三放學後加班至5:30)
地點: 本校禮堂
對象: 本校中一至中六學生
人數: 10-30人
學費: $400一個學期(即只須$80一個月,在外面學平均要$150- $200一個月)
教練: 李家明師範(黑帶三段)
課程簡介: 授以柔道技術:受身,投技,固投,關節技,絞技,自衛術...等,分七級色帶,勤奮練習及通過考試就可升級
顧問老師: 梁穎深老師,謝茵茵老師
開班日期: 只欠你的支持,學員人數足夠就可買蓆開班!
報名方法: 有意參加者,只需在下星期放在各班點名簿內的宣傳單章tick名即可
備註: 學費於第一堂支付,即先報名,再支付學費,道袍可以代訂
