校友R今早急call叫我上黎，佢話我俾人批判! :-)

龔校長言重了。其實我等小輩在外面打滾，是"被逼"要每一件事情都要細心考慮，免得"順得哥情失嫂意"和得罪人。冇法啦！

一般的MBA通常注重hard technique (i.e. Finance, Operation Management..etc：有tools可用)，對教育行業並不大作用。反而，soft technique (i.e. Organization behavior, HRM...)對你現在幫助更大；尤其是你在一個新地方(new culture)上任，去管理一班專業人士(human resource)，現在又正值改學制 (Organization changes)。就連我自己去想像一下怎樣去處理也覺頭痛。

非也！非也！今次的空降，可以說是一次軟著陸，一切都來得較我預期的順利和輕鬆。

進修的意念來自有感自己在濟記的二十多年來所累積的經驗與識見，跟一位成功校長的要求仍有相當大的距離；又有見今天想辦好一所學校，非有多維的思路不可，故不欲待「時過而後學，則勤苦而難成」之階段纔掙扎求存。

最後，我們經常勉勵學生終身學習，自己又豈能不以身作則？
