為何不能說老師不是, 只要老師沒有盡責, 被人批評亦冇可口非, 而且你所謂的"最低責任"只是你自己自圓其說吧了, 試想想如果一個警察的最低責任只是巡邏, 而他亦只盡了這最低責任就算, 那香港的治安會變成怎樣
