濟記約 4-5 年前開始下滑...我不大 Sure.
當然有關吧.

香港係97 大事慶祝.無人理當年樓市價高.抄樓花等...
結果咩事大家知.

如果sfxc 仲唔改善.或者以為學生問題.

當有人話學生問題.如果你果班係乖概.<--咁多班一定有一班係掛.
但成績一樣不濟..咁係咩問題呢??

我想講係: 今時今日咁概教學,咁概質量質素的老師係唔夠嫁.
濟記唔再係咩 Band 1...我想band 2 就差唔多.
