Senhoria,

Quando falo em complexidade não estou falando de dificuldades, mas de uma visão da realidade diferente da que estamos acostumados. Ou seja, autonomia não seria uma questão de causa e efeito (ex. muita motivação gera autonomia), mas uma visão menos linear que inclua outros fatores.
